The only difference in these products is the mechanical and structural changes. Wheel holder tire ramps are narrower and axially spaced double row chocks. In our pneumatic air type double row wheel holder locking systems, there is a double drive mechanism in the lower chassis that is buried in the ground. These products are generally used when vehicles with different characteristics come to the loading areas with very different wheelbase distances . Our misaligned wheel locking systems prove their advantages at this point . When the vehicle (regardless of the wheelbase size differences) presses on the tire holder wedges with their axes misaligned, if a locking command is sent to the tire wedges, if one cannot catch the other wedge tire with an off-axis axis, the vehicle to be loaded will be securely locked in the field.
Our products need air pressure in the field while being used . This air pressure is provided by its own air generator mechanisms (compressor systems) in our systems. At some factory sites , factories have their own air generation systems . In such cases, the air generator in our systems, that is, the compressor system, may not be needed. Our tire chock systems can be operated by being fed from the factory air system. The software and operation of our PLC panel automation systems are changed according to the wishes of our customers in such cases.
