What is the delivery time of Karen products?
As the products are custom-made, the delivery time varies depending on the type of product and where the product is going to be installed. As Karen, we are producing the product according to your demand in our factory as soon as possible. For more detailed information, please contact us.
What is your bid validity period?
The validity period of our offers is 30 days and in case of exceeding this period, please contact again and ask for the current status of the offer.
Does Karen produce its own products?
Unlike many other companies on the market, Karen is a 100% manufacturer and our products are produced by our experienced engineers and employees in our factory located in Ankara/TURKEY. Do your prices include shipping and installation costs?
The transportation and installation cost varies according to the type of the product and where the product is installed. Please ask for the cost of shipping and installation via contact form, e-mail or phone.
