Above Ground Surface Mounted Road Blocker Barrier – Impact Test Wedge Barrier
M50 7500 kg. It is one of our anti-ram road blocker road blocker barrier systems with 80 km/h crash test certificate. It can be quickly moved to entrances. They are mounted on the ground without digging.
They are produced in 3 types as Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Motorized type in terms of working style. These barrier systems, which have Anti-Ram crash test, can be manufactured as a single piece with double pistons up to 6 meters. They do not have side support fathers. It closes the entries so that there is no space between the columns. Upper hair 12 mm. is thick. It will not be damaged in heavy tonnage vehicle transitions . It has a load resistance of 17.5 tons per axle.
It offers safer use with photocell security sensors or optionally loop metal mass detector application. While the vehicle is passing over the barrier, the sensors prevent the barrier from rising. Vehicles are not damaged.
With the traffic light application, the green light turns on when the barrier descends to the ground and the road is opened for passage. When the barrier starts to rise on the ground, the red light turns on. 2 remote control buttons and 1 hard wired on-off-emergency stop button come as standard in our systems.
IP67 electrical panel and complete siemens automation systems are used in our products. All of our products have their own CE certificates. We have the American standard ASTM manufacturing facility. We have a product-specific approved crash test certificate. Our product is guaranteed for 2 years. There is a 10-year spare part guarantee.
