If you don’t want or can’t have tracks, we recommend a cantilever sliding gate or trackless bi-fold swing gates. Even though both are more expensive than your standard sliding gate, you don’t have to worry about tracks in your drive or on-going upkeep with having to keep tracks clean of dirt and leaves. A stylish and safe cantilever gate designed to match and compliment the fence systems. The clear width varies between 3 and 12 metres and a double-leaf version of the gate provides a considerable access opening of 19 m. In addition, the height varies between 1 and 3 meters .
The modular construction enables the use of different colour schemes to compliment a company’s housestyle. The Karen gate has no diagonal braces that intruders could use to climb over. And Karen gates of a height of 1.5 m or more are finished with a serrated strip or bevelled bars.
The gate is a cantilever gate, i.e. there is no rail in the road in which dirt or snow can collect. Smoothly running wheels make the Karen gate easy to open and close. And, the gate is ready for an electric drive and remote control as standard.
Karen supplies three categories of low-noise sliding gate drives: for simple, light industrial or heavy industrial applications. All electrically driven sliding gates have anti-crushing safety devices. The gates can be operated in several ways, e.g. using a key switch or an extensive access control system.
