Steel Wire Basket type Gabion, spot welding galvanized steel wires manufactured in certain sizes and combined with each other with springs are called accordion type folding defense walls. The main defense is the sand that is put inside after the accordion systems are opened. What keeps the sand from flowing out and keeps it in the basket is the stretchable, non-tearing geotextile fabric. Our systems can be designed as either a perimeter wall, a tower, a security guard booth or an arsenal in line with the request of military personnel.
You can add ballistic bulletproof glass and frame , ballistic bulletproof door systems designed by our company to the open glass and door entrances of our accordion folding type gabion basket huts . During installation, our modular glass and doors are put into place before filling the sand. Special connecting pins are placed . When filled in sand, the ballistic frame gets stuck in between. With these systems, very fast sand-filled guard towers can be created and military personnel can be protected.
Our systems are manufactured according to the desired dimensions on a project basis . Our ballistic bulletproof glass , frame and door systems can be produced up to ASTM UL 752 LEVEL 9 ballistic level . And all our systems are certified by the competent authorities.
There are emergency gun muzzle covers on our bulletproof doors and windows. These covers are ballistic steel but can be opened and closed from the inside point . Military personnel inside can open the hatch and shoot out in case of an emergency attack .
